By accessing the MSI platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

The platform is for verified healthcare organisations (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres) and verified manufacturer partners. Consumer sales are not supported.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Orders & Procurement

All orders are placed with Modern Surgical Instruments. MSI coordinates fulfilment with verified manufacturer partners. Pricing, delivery timelines, and specifications shown at checkout are binding once an order is confirmed.

4. Manufacturer Partners

VSPs agree to the white-label agreement, maintain compliance documentation (MSME, ISO, CE, FDA where applicable), and honour dispatch commitments.

5. Payments

Invoices are issued by MSI. Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order.

6. Prohibited Use

No reverse engineering, scraping, resale of platform access, circumvention of the white-label model, or use in violation of applicable law.

7. Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, MSI's aggregate liability is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
